Located on a sunny plateau above the Rhone Valley, Villars-Gryon is a picturepostcard Swiss village with over 125km of ski trails to suit most levels of skier. It is a French-speaking resort in an idyllic setting with superb views of the Alps and Mont Blanc. The ski areas are concentrated on separate mountain areas, above Gryon and Barboleuse, Villars itself and on Iseneau above the glacier of Les Diablerets. There are three ski and snowboard schools and access to a number of snow parks and boarder-friendly terrain. Children are well catered for with several nursery slopes in the centre of the village and free lift access for under-9’s, making it a popular family choice.
